Technical Support Engineer
Hiring for well-experienced and expert to handle crucial roles as TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in related field
• Strong knowledge in Hardware configuration and software installation - Desktop, Laptop, Multifunction Printers, Copier, and other Peripherals
• Strong knowledge in networking and security
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Routing & Switching Certification or equivalent is
highly preferable.
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or equivalent certification is a plus advantage
• Fluent in English, Arabic language read and write is preferable
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, positively, and professionally in tense or elevated situations
• Responsible, able to manage time effectively and work efficiently
