Technician" To Work In Reynaers Middle East - Dubai Branch
Duties will involve:
• Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, gasketing, caulking of Aluminum Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall
• Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
• To ensure the manufacturing quality is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
• Use of various machinery such as Punch Tools, single and double head Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill and preferably some experience with CNC machining.
• Provide Technical Support, to both the Aluminum Fabrication Team, and the overall business.
• Assisting with incoming goods deliveries
• Provide QC Inspections on Projects and 'Work in Progress'
• Complete all paperwork and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
The candidate should:
• You should possess product knowledge in one or more Aluminum Systems, predominantly, Reynaers, Technal, Metal Tech and Schueco.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Aluminum Fabrication based role
• Be able to priorities and organize work efficiently and effectively.
• Be driven to achieve objectives, regardless of problems.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals.
• Achieve team objectives.
• Transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner.
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
