Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
- Introduce company produc and explain their benefits
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships over the phone
- Identify potential client needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up
- Achieve daily and monthly call and appointment targets
- Doent call outcomes and update customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
