You will be responsible for:
1.Conducting primary and secondary research to resolve information requests raised by customers
2. Handling live chats initiated by the customers
3. Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality.
4. Evaluating the data and making recommendatio required to improve the quality of data received.
5. Participate in taking new initiatives in alignment with business requirements.
6. Building relationships within the industry to streamline project intelligence gathering and to identify projects in the earliest
possible stages.
7. Gathering data from online and other sources.
8. Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
9. Taking overall ownership of customer complaints and queries, and proactively following them through to timely resolution
10. Reporting any issues with BNC products & services to the appropriate department and tracking their resolution
11. Participating in AIR feature testing prior to roll-out
12. Ensuring detailed logs of all interactions with customers are recorded
13. Proactively engaging with customers and the industry to build professional relationships
We'd love to hear from you if you have..:
Graduated with a Bachelor’s
Experience in market research, cold calling, and data entry.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Proficiency in using MS-Office, internet applications, and reporting tools
Attention to details
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
