We are seeking a talented Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our produc, generate leads, and close sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our produc and explain their benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Provide accurate information about our produc to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to closing the sale.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
