As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products or services over the phone. The ideal candidate is persuasive, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or promotions
Follow-up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions or concerns
Handle objections and overcome customer hesitations to close sales
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven work experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation abilities
Ability to build rapport with customers and overcome objections
Result-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
