•To contact prospects and existing customers to inform them about the new Etisalat Plans and offers.
•Offer the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
•Contact potential clients in the UAE in order to increase sales opportunities
•Initiate sales with customers over the phone & cold-calling customers to sale Etisalat Post Paid plans & offers to them.
•Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
•To maintain the database of all the interested customers
•Go the “extra mile” to meet the given target and facilitate future sales
•Keep yourself up to date with the happenings in Etisalat
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Pressure
•Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
