This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Dubai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communication with customers, lead generation, customer support, and sales. They will provide excellent customer service and play a key role in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in lead generation and customer support
Proven track record in sales
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of accounting and finance is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Good at collecting DATA
BPO experience is a must.
