Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Garage Equipment industry. This position is open specifically for Male candidates to promote diversity and inclusivity within our organization.


Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the logistics industry with the goal of generating leads and securing new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by effectively communicating the benefits and value of our Garage Equipment Products

- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to engage customers, overcome objections, and close sales deals.

- Develop a deep understanding of our logistics solutions, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions, self-study, and participation in industry events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems or other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Good knowledge of logistics operations, terminology, and industry trends is an advantage.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
