Key responsibilities:
• Managing trading operations for trades booked with Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and UCOME suppliers based in China (overseeing quality assurance, monitoring contracts and ensuring timely execution, etc.)
• Maintaining existing relationships with suppliers in China.
• Identifying new suppliers in China to develop relationships - includes carrying out complian checks.
• Daily assessment of the China market and providing regular market info to traders.
Requirements:
• Must be a Chinese citizen and a native Mandarin speaker.
• Must be fluent in communicating in Mandarin as well as English.
• Involves frequent travel to China.
• Prior experience in the UCO industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in trading operations / supply chain management is preferred.
