Our company is urgently looking for a Retail Travel Agent
Job Description:
-Experience in ticketing systems and making adjustment to reservations
-An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
-Organizing individual, group tours and programs.
-Meet sales targets and profit goals.
-Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
-Stay up to date with travel and tourism trends.
-Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationship.
-Promote company's product to existing customers to attract new customers.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities; Identify new potential customers, set up ideal prospecting strategies.
Qualifications:
-Minimal experience as Travel Agent is a must.
-Knowledge in GDS System
-Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
-Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
-Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
-Preferably Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam or China
-Currently located in UAE for interview.
