*Handling independently all reservation queries online & offline.
*Handling other travel-affiliated products such as Limo pick-, Marhaba services, car hire, hotel accommodation, etc.
*Ensuring timely reporting of doents.
*Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.
Qualifications
*Bachelor Degree
*1to 2 years’ experience in inbound / outbound hotel bookings as a Travel Agent.
*Excellent written & verbal communication skills
*Perfect English (Additional Arabic is a plus)
