Travel agent is needed with proper experience to handle daily buisness for travel and tourism company, including airline ticketing from wholesale or direct from airlines and IATA, experience in hotel booking, dealing with international suppliers for tours and packages, selected candidate must have solid experience in tourism buisness with ability to handle the customers requests and demands.
dealing with customer queries and complaints
providing advice about visas or passports, handling visa applications for customers
recruiting, training and supervising staff if needed
managing budgets for packages and providing competitive packages for customer.
maintaining statistical and financial records
planning for packages and benchmarking with market offers locally and regionally.
selling holidays and insurance for trips and advising customers.
meeting profit or sales targets
preparing promotional materials and displays.
Candidate must have 6 years of experience at least with strong communications background and sales background.
Candidate must be fluent english speaker, Arabic langugae is big merit.
Candidate must have strong experience to deal with supplier locally and internationally.
