The HEDES group is hiring Videograph Editor.
We are looking for a videograph editor who is passionate about creating videos in the most effective and efficient way. The person should have the willingness to learn and adapt to the work culture with a strong understanding of the entire workflow from pre-production to post-production. Strong ability to find opportunities in ever-growing challenges in video production. Ability to shoot, edit and create videos of different styles and quality.
You will be working collaboratively with members of the team to create compelling, high-quality videos and photos that will be used across our media channels. You will also need to manage material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce a final film or video product. Detail-oriented and collaborative photographers who are experienced and passionate about interior and architectural photography.
Responsibilities of this Role
Work closely with the CEO to generate creative content and video concepts to deliver campaigns and content.
Lead full video production process including conceptualization, scheduling, filming, and post-editing
Managing all relevant video assets including high-end and low-end quality. Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
Think creatively to edit and assemble final visu creative material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors the technical quality of the final video.
In charge of shooting, camera & making online video advertisements.
To be able to review and identify locations, setups, and necessary lights to create video advertisements
Deep research on various shooting strategies for short video format, using distinct styles and methodologies to create unique video shoots.
Work closely with cross-functional teams on planning, requirements, and processes.
Good communication skills.
Good visualization skills and willingness to bring innovative elements within videos.
Knowledge and experience in usi digital video advertising.
Specialized in Filming and Video Editing.
Working knowledge and understanding of social media and digital video platforms
Calibrating and maintaining equipment.
Troubleshoots problems with the equipment.
Adding computer graphics, special effects, and captions to a video when needed.
Ability to edit and enhance photographs and videos using current industry software for optimum results for print, web, and other mediums in a timely manner.
Edit footage in post-production.
Travel across UAE and shoot the project site.

Skills and Qualifications
BA in Film Studies, Photography, Mass Communication, or related field with a minimum of 5 relevant work experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent knowledge of audio balancing and color grading, sequencing of clips, and exporting in a variety of formats.
Experience managing social media platforms is preferred.
Skill in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively.
Able to use the latest cameras and lenses
Has a creative eye for shots.
Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
A strong sense of storytelling is a plus.
Experience working in the furniture and interior design industry is preferred.
