1. Provide exceptional service to all customers within the rules and regulations of the UAE and company.
2. Ensure the restaurant is set up for service by checking that the cutlery and tables are clean.
3. Ensure that the floor and facilities in the restaurant are ready for service.
4. To prepare and clear tables whilst ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
5. Present the customer with the menu at the time of seating (in the absence of the ho them aware of the daily special, promos and make recommendations.
6. The menu should be well memorized in order to provide sufficient recommendations.
7. To efficiently take and serve correctly the customer’s orders.
8. Answer questions about the menu, if the correct information is not at hand, seek the assistance of the Restaurant Manager or the Kitchen Manager.
9. Swiftly remove dirty dishes and glasses on the table, clean and set it up for the next customer.
10. Ensure that each table are set up according to the standards of the company.
11. Work closely with the Kitchen department to ensure that order details are handled correctly.
12. Keep the restaurant and workstation clean and tidy at all times.
13. Collect and process payments from customers and make sure it is charged correctly
1.) Previous work experience as a Waitress is preferred
2.) Must be in Dubai and can join immediately
3.) Willing to work on shifting schedule
4.) Fit and energetic
5.) With good communication skills
