Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Waitress / Waiter with Service and Sales Experience..
The candidate should be pleasant, active, should communicate well with the customers in English & Hindi and to the suggest the variety of dishes and upsell the swee along with serving the food.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide excellent customer services
•Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
•Greet customers and present menus
•Make suggestions based on their preferences
•Take and serve fo orders
•Up-sell when appropriate
•Arrange table settings
•Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
•Check products for quality
•Deliver checks and collect payments
•Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
•Adhere to all relevant health department rul and all customer service guidelines
•providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill
•Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
•Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
•Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
•Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
1 Year of experience with a sales and service background
•Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
•Team player
•Good time-management skills
•Great interpersonal and communication skills
•Active listening
•Good physical condition
•Customer-centric
•High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
