Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and ensure they are accurately checked against purchase orders.
Unload trucks and containers, and transport materials to designated storage areas.
Organize and maintain inventory levels by conducting regular counts and audits.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
Assist with packaging and labeling products as needed.
Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
