The Watchman is highly responsible for maintaining a safe and secured environment of a facility.
This position must be physically able to patrol assigned areas, monitor crowd movement, and quickly respond to unusual activities
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Greet visitors with a friendly smile
2. Strictly follow entry protocol such as maintaining logbook and request for proof of identification.
3. Maintain hour-by-hour log describing premise area statuses such as property, security devices transport machine, and premise fixture
4. Patrol the vicinity to ensure that there were no suspicious or unusual activities
5. Otherwise, use security cameras to monitor
6. Report loss, damages, or malfunctioning items or devices to the building management
7. Provide accurate direction to visitors
Job Qualification
1. Must have at least to (2) years experience in a similar role
2. Secondary level of education is a must
3. Ability to read & write and keen in following directions
4. Ability to work under pressure and handle unusual premise activity smoothly
5. Good command of the English language is a plus
