Weighbridge Operator
Responsiblities
To operate the weighbridge in safe, smooth and efficient manner.
· To conduct inspection on the incoming waste, out going products and consumable supplies
· To comply with safe working procedure and operation instructions
· To ensure correct data entry to the weighbridge system and issue receipts
· To be responsible for the local isolation of weighbridge for mechanic maintenance.
· To carry out daily operational checklist of weighbridge.
· To induct new truck drivers on site safety rules and regulation and provide direction to respective waste receiving areas.
· To control the trucks flow to ensure easy traffic movement at the waste reception areas.
· To coordinate with Operation, Maintenance and Administrative sections in matters related to weighbridge operation activities.
· To be responsible for the cleanliness of the weighing station
Any other duty as assigned by Weighbridge Supervisor
Requirements
Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in the operation and maintenance of weighbridge.
Basic microsoft office skills such as outlook and excel.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Arabic would be an advantage.
Having Valid Qatar forklift driving license would be an advantage
Able to work on rotating shift
Team-oriented, self driven, meticulous
