Responsibilities
•Maintain safety and environmental health within the facility;
•Demonstrates clear leadership and development of subordinate employees;
•Ensures all equipment is in go operating condition;
•Leading rotating shift schedule and supervising welding and maintenance personnel's daily activities;
•Provide technical training related to maintenance, process systems, and safety standards;
•Leading employees in safety, productivity, efficiency, process improvement, and quality;
•Supervise employees by providing training, safe working conditions, necessary tools and equipment to meet customer requirements within budget;
•Performing welding tasks, such as setting up equipment and preparing welding rods, wires, or electrodes for use.
•Achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance, and developing people;
•Maintaining the quality of the welders’ work by inspecting completed projects
Qualifications
•3 years of Supervisory Experience(Oil & Gas/ Offshore).
•Must have experience in giving various types of Welding Tests;
•Must be able to lead and advise a crew;
•Must be able to read blueprints;
•Must have fabricati experience;
•Must have experience in timekeeping and strong computer skills;
•5+ years of experience.

•Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
•Oil & Gas Welding Supervision: 10 years (Preferred)
•Offshore: 3 years (Preferred)
