Int. recognized qualification Training Certificate or Diploma
Responsible for coordinating, developing, evaluating and maintaining SHES training curricula, schedules and materials to ensure personnel possess the knowledge and skills to perform tasks safely.
Develop and maintain timely, well-organized curricula, lesson plans, training materials and resources.
Ensure training curricula meet regulatory and Project requirements.
Proactively identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and modules.
Coordinate SHES training schedules with department supervision and SHES Trainers.
Establish and implement methodologies to evaluate training effectiveness.
Audit internal SHES Trainers and modules to ensure learning quality.
Liaise and coordinate with external training sources
Coordinate with all Qatargas OPCO trainings.
