We are looking for a reliable part-time/full time Office Administrator/Document Controller. Female candidates are preferable, candidate should have good proficiency in English language (other language is a plus) and minimum of 7/10 years experience as a document controller,construction knowledge and logistics/shipments.
• Manage the Xero account
• Ensure all documentation is controlled in accordance with the company's procedures for document control.
• Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing
• Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence
• Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages ***
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
