Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on data accuracy, validation, and preparation of pricing-related information. You will ensure all outgoing data is checked, correctly formatted, and delivered on time. You will also support client communication with clarifications or updates related to the data being sent.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Operations (Primary Focus):
•Perform data checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
•Prepare and validate pricing data before distribution
•Follow structured internal processes to confirm and release information
•Use VBA for simple automation, formatting, or validation tasks
•Maintain organized logs, denotation, and delivery records
•Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Client Support (Important but Secondary to Data):
•Send data to clients in a timely and professional manner
•Respond to client queries with clear and accurate information
•Coordinate with internal teams if any issue requires escalation or confirmation
•Ensuring communication remains concise, professional, and data-aligned
Required Skills
•High attention to detail; strong comfort working with numerical data
•Good understanding of data logic and structured processes
•VBA (basic macros for automation or formatting)
•Strong Excel
•Excellent communication skills for client interaction
•Reliable, organized, and able to meet tight timelines
