Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, impeccable professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives and staff.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers.
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Knowledge of basic office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and scanners.
