THE ROLE
You’ll source, procure & advise customers on everything on a vehicle from bumper to bumper / wheels to tires to air conditioning systems. Each time, you’ll look to ensure that the experience you offer is everything the customer would expect and more. We want you to be proud of the parts and the service you provide.
THE PROFILE
Your up-to-date knowledge of the automotive retail market will be backed by experience of working as a Automotive parts Advisor Consultant for a major retailer Preferably with European /American or German vehicle Dealer. Also a very good knowledge in EPC is mandatory for the role .Your passion for helping customers drives you to communicate your detailed knowledge of our parts and accessories, creating memorable customer experiences. Background in auto repairs is essential as you must have strong technical knowledge of vehicles and parts to help consumers and business buyers. Customer service skills and excellent communication are also needed given that the role involves listening to customer needs and making parts recommendations. Relevant industry experience of at least 3 to 5 years preferred. The incumbents must be a certified automobile professional with ITI /Diplo in Automobile engineering or similar technical qualifications which is equivalent.
