Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Membership Consultant to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating membership sales, building strong relationships with prospective and existing members, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales
Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness programs.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct club tours and presentations for prospective members.
Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
Convert inquiries into memberships through effective sales techniques.
Customer Service & Member Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
Assist members in selecting suitable membership packages.
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Ensure a positive member experience from initial contact through membership enrollment.
Support member retention initiatives and renewal campaigns.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Generate new business through referrals, corporate partnerships, community outreach, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospective members to maximize conversion rates.
Participate in marketing campaigns and club promotions.
Administration & Reporting
Process membership agreements and payments accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain up-to-date member records and doentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service industries.
Experience in gym membership sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
UAE experience preferred.
