**Responsibilities:**
As a Beauty Adviser at SISHIRA Perfumes , you will be the brand ambassador responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience. Your duties will include:
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to introduce them to our perfume collection.
- Offering personalized fragrance recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our fragrance notes, compositions, and inspirations to assist customers in finding their perfect scent.
- Conducting product demonstrations and explaining the unique qualities of Sishira fragrances.
- Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing counter or display that showcases the brand's essence.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Staying updated on industry trends, new releases, and competitive brands to provide informed recommendations.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance your expertise and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Beauty Adviser or in a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Passion for luxury fragrances and a strong interest in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and a flair for creating visually appealing displays.
- Knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and compositions is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers in finding their ideal fragrances.
