Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead our luxury shoe brand. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the luxury shoe industry and a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maintain brand reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create and maintain a strong brand image and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, and use this information to inform brand strategy.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Analyze and report on brand performance, using data to inform future strategy and decision-making.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all brand initiatives.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and media outlets.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the luxury shoe industry, with proven success in brand management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative brand initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
