The Business Development Manager who will report to the Head of Holiday Homes will be directly responsible for driving external growth through expansion of property management services to third party property owners; this includes implementing a business development strategy identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals.
- Meeting all potential Landlord.
- Communicating to Telesales.
- Responsible for getting good quality of unit.
- Researching strategies to convince the landlord for property management.
- Preparing the contract proposal and all other related matters.
- Ensuring property management proposal updated
- Analyzing changes in planning policy and law that may affect property development.
- Measuring and valuing each and every property.
- Visiting the property.
- All other matters with related on property development.
- Ensuring all the proposal is properly base on hotel standard and FTCM policy in Dubai.
- Extra errand if there's no any other work.
- Reporting to the Manager.
