1. Primarily responsible for all aspects of Business Development for Marine Survey & Technical consultancy Services of the company.
2. Develop and bring new clients for this segment and conclude business with them.
3. Marketing Marine Survey & consultancy services.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to provide integrated services that meet clients’ requirements and provide sustainable inco for the company.
5. Monitor market conditions and rates for the industry through all appropriate means.
6. Responsible for own lead generation and meeting potential clients regularly with following:
•Lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, and negotiation, close and follow up
•Create and be accountable for all client proposals,
•Contracts and any further documentation, following procedure
•Further develop multi- tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts
•Build referral and lead generation network
•Follow up all leads generated from website, networking sessions, trade fairs and other even
•Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
7. Prepare regular and periodic sales & client repor.
8. Assist in organizing operational matters or activities as and when required.
9. Attend social, industry and business networking events pertaining to the business portfolio in the region.
10. Visiting clients regularly to increase client base and growing company’s business.
11. Candidate to have prior sales experience of 3-4 years with a proven track record.
12. Candidate to have good interpersonal and communication skills.
13. Candidate with a UAE driving license will be preferred.
14. A female candidate is preferred for this position.

The successful candidate will also receive a commission of 5% of total sales generated.
