•5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
•Strong network within the construction, engineering, MEP, fire protection, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
•Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
•Valid driving license (if required for client visits).
