Technical Skills & Knowledge:Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Partition & (FF&E) Pretender specificationpert in commercial & retail interior designTime management & Strong creativity.Visiting job sites to analyze space availability - site surveyingAbility to read and draw architectural & electro drawingsStrong advanced attention to detailsPreparing presentationExpert in sketchesPreparing the schedule of quantities and providing inputs for preparing tend doents and finalizing the coordinated working drawings.Expert in using auto cad to do the designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisorpert in raw materials and the essential requirements to complete the projectWell knowledge of the quality, rates, and locations of raw materialsCoordinate between subcontractors and vendorsInteracting with other engineers & services for smooth & speedy progress of the project.Arranging visits and reporting to management the assessment of its progress in the site dai project completion within the allocated budget and timelineCompleting the project & issuing the "snag list" to different executing agencies, if any, for immediate actio.
