Mekdam Holding is hiring a Part-Time Business Operations Executive for a prestigious client in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will support the setup and launch of business operations, coordinate with technology providers, suppliers, and logistics partners, ensure compliance with Qatar's commercial registration and impo procedures, monitor business launch activities, maintain operational checklists, assist with budgeting and cost tracking, and provide regular progress updates while coordinating in-person meetings when required.

a. Experience in setting up or managing a small business, retail, or e-commerce operation in Qatar.
b. Good knowledge of Qatar's commercial registration, impo procedures, and business compliance requirements.
c. Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and service providers simultaneously.
d. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
e. Basic financial knowledge, including cost analysis, margins, and spreadsheet management.
f. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
g. Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for regular check-ins and occasional meetings in Doha.
