Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
•Answering customer calls and providing them with accurate and satisfactory responses to their queries and concerns.
•Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions a alternatives.
•Distributing calls to different departments as required.
•Maintaining records of all calls made and received.
•Ensuring proper data entry for each customer.
•Monitoring WhatsApp calls.
•Preparing daily reports with call logs, customer names, and the purpose of their calls.
•Coordinating with branches.
•Handling the system.
•Monitoring emails.
