We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for our esteemed Medical Group based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position requires candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are eager to contribute to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Responding to online messages from patients and external stakeholders in a timely and courteous manner.
Managing outbound calls for follow-ups, and patient satisfaction surveys.
Updating patient records accurately and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to relay messages and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
Assisting patients with navigation through our services and providing guidance on appointment procedures.
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Continuously seeking opportunities for self-improvement and participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing insights and providing support to colleagues when needed.
Requirements:

Saudi Arabian citizenship with residency in Jeddah.
Basic understanding of excellent customer service practices.
Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
Fairly good grasp of spoken English.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work 48 hours per week, with one day off per week, including weekends and occasional holidays.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
