Setting and Reporting:
This leadership position offers the flexibility of working remotely or from our global headquarters in Dubai. The Chief of Service, Programme Management will report directly to the Secretary-General and play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, development, and execution of UECN’s initiatives across our global offices.
Responsibilities:
-As the Chief of Service, Programme Management at UECN, you will lead our efforts in designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that support and advance the mission of UECN. Your responsibilities will include:
-Developing strategic programmatic initiatives that align with UECN's goals, facilitating collaboration across departments and international offices.
-Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet organizational standards and objectives.
-Leading and mentoring a diverse team of program managers and specialists, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
-Acting as a primary liaison with key stakeholders, including government entities, partner organizations, and funders, to secure support and funding for programs.
-Analyzing program outcomes and providing insights for continuous improvement, ensuring the sustainability and impact of UECN’s work.
-Ensuring effective communication and coordination between the Programme Management Office and other units within UECN.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
-A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management, project leadership, or a related role.
-Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
-Proven ability to manage programs or projects, particularly in an international or multicultural environment.
-Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and engage effectively with stakeholders across various levels.
