We are looking for an experienced and dedicated CLIENT RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE. This position focuses on building relationship with clients to ensure their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services a products provided by the company and any challenges are overcome.
As well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and working within the boundaries of what is already offered by the employer, as a client relationship manager you may be involved in identifying new sales opportunities and making product development and sales teams aware of these. This involves researching, monitoring, and analyzing industry trends.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well gaining and using feedback
•Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients sales opportunities
•Giving presentations to clients about products or services
•Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
•Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both employer and clients
•Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client
•Meet all the outlets – get to meet all other shops business and meet their goals and manager their operations
•Maintain all the company's existing sales channels, increase the billing volume of existing customers, and develop new retailer customers, including surrounding markets.
•Carry out daily maintenance and customer management according to the company's regulations, and propose your own suggestions and insights during the work process to increase sales.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•At least 2-3 Years’ Sales and Marketing and Client Relationship work experience
•Have worked with Building Material Industry
•Graduated from Colle on Marketing, Management or Business Management, or any related course
•UAE Driver’s License is preferred
•Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Multi-tasker, Detail oriented and highly organized
•Strong knowledge with Microsoft tools; especially WORD and EXCEL
•Accounti work knowledge
•Have the ability to solve problems independently and experience in managing teams.
