Flying Colour is hiring a Collection Officer in the UAE. The selected candidate will manage outstanding receivables, follow up with clients for payments and renewals, prepare invoices and payment reminders, coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues, update CRM records, prepare collection reports, and escalate overdue accounts as required.

a. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
b. 2–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control.
c. UAE experience is preferred.
d. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
