Heman Oil & Gas Services W.L.L. is hiring a Commissioning Specialist (Technical) for a QatarEnergy LNG project in Qatar. The selected candidate will support commissioning and pre-commissioning activities, oversee systems completion and operational handover, coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, manage technical doentation, review engineering drawings and procedures, support start-up activities, coordinate vendor S activities, and ensure project execution meets quality, safety, and operational requirements.

a. Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
b. Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience on medium to large Oil & Gas projects.
c. Strong knowledge of commissioning, pre-commissioning, systems completion, project execution, and operational handover.
d. Experience with SharePoint, controlled doentation, technical reporting, and project coordination.
e. Ability to interpret P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, and technical procedures.
f. Experience working with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, or service companies.
g. Experience supporting LNG facilities, vendor management (SAT, OTP), start-up activities, and multidisciplinary project teams.
