**Job Description:**



Liwa Gate, a leading company based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is exceptional.


**Responsibilities:**



1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
3. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
6. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Assist in organizing and conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.
8. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
9. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
10. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.


**Requirements:**



1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Officer or similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
