Job Description

A dynamic interior Company is looking for a Customer Service Sales Executive.
Gender : Any
Nationality : Arab preferred
Language - English & Arabic is a must

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and concerns.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Sales and Upselling:
Proactively identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase or upgrade their current produc.

Order Processing:
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details.
Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, and returns as needed.

Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's products or services, industry trends, and competitors.
Continuously update and expand your knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Doentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide regular reports on customer inquiries, sales, and trends to management.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service and sales efforts.
Share customer insights and feedback to contribute to produ improvements.

Targets and Metrics:
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
Continuously strive to improve personal and team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
