The purpose of the Data Entry Specialist is collecting and digitizing data accurately, thoroughly, and on time. Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality; attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management; adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate should have experience with Magento, Excel, Google Sheets and prior experience with an e-commerce business is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Populating new products into our database
- Ensuring that images, specs, product info, and manuals are accurate and meet Right Farm Marketing’s standards
- Auditing product data to ensure integrity and quality
- Enter new products from digitized catalog in Right Farm database
- Keying in product features and specifications
- Arranging products as per categories and subcategories
- Adding product images
- Processing basic images by cleaning up if required & cropping images.
- Updating products on live websites and the Right Farm app
- Navigating between Magento and Google Sheets to create Purchase Orders, Packing Lists and Delivery Notes
- Utilize Magento to issue invoices
- Working on Excel spreadsheets for additions, deletions and price updates with accuracy
- Stepping up for special projects as assigned
