Key Responsibilities
•Prepare civil engineering designs and detailed drawings in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
•Review architectural and structural drawings to develop accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
•Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender doents, and technical proposals.
•Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract doents.
•Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
•Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost competitiveness.
•Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during the tender stage.
•Ensure compliance with local building codes, project requirements, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
•2–5 years of experience in civil design and estimation for building or infrastructure projects.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quantity surveying.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Experience in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
•Familiarity with structural and architectural drawings.
•Knowledge of estimation software and project management tools is an advantage.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.
