We at Pure Home strive for excellence, and to support our marking team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist. We connect People to their desired property. And to do that we require someone who can bridge the gap in a creative manner. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of various targets ranging from employer branding to Property promotion. The goal is to deliver effective marketing strategies which would boost our reputation and growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to find current consumer behaviors, requirement and trends.
Analyze market research data to help improve the strategies.
Brainstorm and develop ideas on creative marketing campaigns.
Liaise with the sales department to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute initiatives to reach out to the target audience through social media, email etc
Undertake individual ad hoc tasks in the department as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry would prove beneficial.
Thorough understanding of the marketing elements such as social media and market research methods.
Well versed with MS Office, HTML, Adobe Creative SSuite and CRM
Strong web application skills like Google AdWords, Web Analytics
Well organized and detail oriented.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
B in Marketing, Communications or MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
