Director of Operations & Growth
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Arts Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of leadership and management experience.
* Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and C systems.
* Experience in educational institutions, arts centers, or children’s enrichment programs is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the overall operations of the center, ensuring excellence across all functions.
* Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
* Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of all programs and services.
* Oversee customer experience, enrollment, memberships, and client retention.
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders.
* Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, and operational reporting.
* Supervise marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement activities.
* Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to expand and enhance programs and services.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and long-term growth of the center.
