Job Description

Document Controller

Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
Prepare Cv, Documentation and processing and manage the case.
Ensures all paperwork including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately.
Meeting clients for submission of documents, assisting them with the immigration process, procedures, and documentation.
Handling client’s queries through email and calls and walk-ins and assisting them.
Ensure continuous follow-up and address all the client’s concerns.
Completion of application forms & preparation of documents for submission.
Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
Accountant

Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting.
Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.


Candidate Requirements

Job Requirement

1 year experience in Accounts and document management.
A bachelor's degree in business administrati.
knowledge about work permits and immigration is added advantage.
Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiner.
Languages: English, Hindi , Punjabi
