Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in event planning or project management are an advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
Experience organizing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, hotel events or social events.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
Budget planning and cost-control skills.
Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
Manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics.
Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for events.
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.
Ensure events meet quality standards and organizational objectives
