One of our clients is looking to hire FATCA CRS Executive, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and expertise.
Location - Dubai, onsite
Contract type - temporary
Duration: Joining ASAP till 31-Dec-2023
Please note that we will only consider candidates who are already available in the UAE or under spouse's sponsorship, do not apply for the role if you are not in the UAE.
Responsibilities :
-Perform Outbound calls to customers for completing the FAT forms.
-Educate customers on FAT requirements.
-Collect FAT forms and capture in Bank system.
-Ensure capture data from FAT forms to system is accurate.
-Maintain records of calls performed to customers.
-Follow up with customers on submitting the FAT forms.
-Basic knowledge of FAT & Transaction Monitoring to assess the risks associated with customers or products.
-Coordinating with relevant teams for FAT related activities.
-Support Team Leader assisting with projec to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Expertise Required :
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a banking industry
Skills Required :
-Good communication skills (Arabic & English is compulsory)
-Basic experience (A related) with understanding of FAT requirements
-Technical skills in Microsoft words, power point and excel
