1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Research and recommend new opportunities
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Organizing business meetings and generate sales. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Recording sales and order information
4. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending products.
5. Actively listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales. Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
6. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
7. Negotiating agreement terms (price, costs, delivery, specifications) and closing sales effectively. Gather feedback from custome and handle complaints or objections.
8. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
9. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
10. Able to critically evaluate your personal performance and aim to exceed sale targets.
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by Company management.
1. Bachelors Degree / Masters, or similar; Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or any relevant courses.
2. Hold a UAE driver's license and own vehicle.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales in UAE market (F&B only)
4. Fluency in English is mandatory.
5. Proficient in MS Office applicatio and PowerPoint.
6. Able to determine and prioritize tasks under minimum supervision.
