- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art, to our valued clients.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery by maintaining a high standard of quality and hygiene. Stay updated with the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative and modern nail treatments.
- Offer personalized nail consultations and recommendations to clients, based on their individual preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and attentive service.
- Demonstrate creativity and artistic flair in creating unique and attractive nail designs.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Nail Technician in reputable beauty lounges for ladies in Abu Dhabi.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages will be an advantage.
- Strong technical skills in manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Professional attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
